AF Series Planetary Gearbox additionally adds CZPT and rear oil seals, uses the output shaft double support structure and design of CZPT x gear, which makes the gear meshing  smoother and stable, the AF Series can be used in CZPT control transmission fields with servo motors. The backlash of the AF series is less than five arc.min and the reduction ratio covers 3~100.

Mechanism

Compact output shaft mechanism

It adopts the design of output shaft integrated system, compact structure, high rigidity, and it can withstand large impact. Place the input coupling and the sun gear at the center of the output shaft to improve the concentricity of the components, thereby effectively controlling the gear clearance and improving the backlash of the whole gearbox.

The inner bearing of the planetary gear adopts a full-needle design, the inner hole is made by a grinding process, the surface hardness is HRC60, and the cylindricity is less than 0.003mm.

Assembly Procedure

Please follow the tips bellow to assemble the servo motor and reducer. Except for specified products, there are CZPT dimensions of servo motors, some motors may not be able to connect with flanges.Therefore, be sure to use the proper motor which is specified when place your order.

 

In Case Of Assembling A CZPT Without Key

1.Take off the rubber cap, turn the input shaft, and match the head of the bolt to the hole of the rubber cap. Make sure that the fixing bolt is loosened.

2.Gradually put the motor shaft into the input shaft (Ensure that it is smoothly put in without jam.). Be careful not to be inserted with the motor tilted.

3.Attach the motor to the reducer and CZPT en the bolt with designated CZPT ening torque. See Table 1.

4.Fasten the fixing bolt of the input shaft with designated CZPT ening torque wrench, etc. See Table 2.

5.Put on the rubber cap.

PCM (Patternless CZPT CZPT ) is a new technology applying rapid prototyping technology to traditional resin sand casting process. CZPT , the sand mold model is obtained from the CAD model of the part, and the STL file of the sand mold model is layered to obtain the cross-section images and then the control information is generated by the layer details. During printing, after the raw sand properly mixed with the activator, the print head will jet binder to the sand precisely according to the cross-section images. The binder then reacts with the activator and cementation will occur immediately to make the sand stacked. The curing should be done layer by layer. After curing all layers, the sand mold is appropriately formed. Where there is no binder jetted, the sand remains loose and it is easy to clean up. By removing the uncured sand, a sand mold is ready for post-processing before casting.
